Create an environment that brings out the best in yourself and others

We strive to build an inclusive, accepting culture, together

Be open, honest, and direct (in a respectful and professional manner)

Make quality agreements and keep them

Manage ‘breakdowns’ when they happen in a way that builds trust

Seek to understand before you seek to be understood
