INTERNS & NEW GRADS

Recruitment Criteria & Process

The Poirier Group hires Interns in the Fall for Spring placements with the following requirements
  • Enrolled in a qualifying cooperative education program in Canada
  • Completing a university program in Industrial Engineering or a Master of Business Administration
  • Our recruitment process includes two behavioural-based interviews and two assessments

The Poirier Group hires New Grads in the Fall for Summer placements with the following requirements

  • Currently completing your final year of Industrial Engineering or a Master of Business Administration within Canada
  • Hold a Canadian Passport to obtain a TN1 visa. Please note: other visas or Permanent Residency do not qualify (refer to the TN1 Visa guidelines)
  • Our recruitment process includes two behavioural-based interviews, one case study panel interview, and two assessments
