Our weekly Operations (Ops) Call is our ‘all-hands’ huddle. Focused on progress and performance updates across our client and internal engagements, as well ‘off-the-clock’ updates from our TPGers.
Frequent ‘Lunch and Learns’ allowing us to provide opportunities for team members to teach, learn, and contribute to people’s professional development objectives.
We host bi-weekly ‘Social Hours’ to reconnect and unwind.
Frequent touchpoints within client and internal project teams daily to weekly.
The Poirier Group Events including team dinners and social gatherings featured quarterly throughout each year.

During our offsites we’re focused on team building, business strategy, and goal setting, with active participation from every member.
