Organizational Efficiencies & Cost Savings

Challenge

The client experienced a period of growth which added to increased levels of process variation across key departments within the organization. Challenges grew, primarily within supply chain and procurement, and COVID-19 disruptions hindered the organization’s success. This variation drove the need to create standardized processes across their construction division to ensure that all construction execution operations were properly supported moving forward. The future state processes were crucial to maintaining a customer-centric focus and ongoing efforts to deliver honest designs, superior workmanship, and unique space solutions.
