Purpose Beyond Profit is a not-for-profit initiative that TPG started in 2018 that works to leverage our unique business and operational skill sets to support our community in a sustainable way. Each year, TPG donates a portion of consultant hours to not-for-profit organizations that support marginalized and vulnerable groups. We provide these organizations in-kind service expertise that dramatically impacts their operations and ability to serve those who depend on them. This initiative speaks to the values of the TPG team because we are dedicated to supporting causes that are close to our hearts, giving back to the larger community, and using our skills to expand social initiatives.

The Poirier Group is proud to be one of Toronto’s premier consulting firms. Our team has years of experience providing sustainable management strategies to charities, non-profits, corporate citizens, and social enterprises. We execute growth strategies and internal strategies that seek to grow our non-profit partners’ scope and ability to help marginalized communities. Our initiative eliminates the financial barrier to accessing consulting services, providing them the services they need but often don’t have access to. As we improve the effectiveness and strategic decision making of not-for-profit organizations, we redirect a greater percentage of their annual donations from administrative and overhead costs to the actual causes they serve
Improve your non-profit’s performance by accessing The Poirier Group’s in-kind Consulting services. Our group of experts will consult your organization and chart a course of action that will allow you to achieve your goals no matter your financial capacity. Non-profits from across Canada and the USA have realized fantastic results by utilizing TPG’s non-profit strategy consulting services.
The Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) has today announced its members are working together on actions to support vulnerable communities by providing in-kind consulting services to non-profit organizations. This is part of a coordinated, global response to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on those who have been hit hardest by the pandemic. The move, involving 45 CGF members from around the world, including some of the world’s biggest retailers and manufacturers, is a response to a CEO-led call to action for members to step up and act locally to help alleviate the health and economic burdens now being experienced by people globally.
Accessing TPG’s non-profit management consulting is a fantastic way to ensure your organization is evolving with the times and improve its ability to strengthen and serve your community. Generating more significant social impacts and giving back to the community is a crucial initiative of TPG. Our team has overseen great success using our non-profit management consulting expertise to strengthen our non-profit partners’ foundations.
We are truly fortunate in many ways with careers, friendship, security and family because there are many others who do not have such. As a part of our Purpose Beyond Profit, every holiday season, each TPG employee was given some money to “Pay it forward” to help those who are less fortunate by supporting a cause or organization of their choice. Check out how each TPG member decided to use their money!
