About

Including 12 years of experience with high-tech and Fortune 100/500 companies in the US and Canada as engineer, manager and VP, Tom’s 45-year + career now is focused on helping others learn best practices, solve problems and implement change. His focus has been on the best practices of Total Quality, Lean and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

As a change agent, Tom’s key enablers for success have been knowledge transfer, team building, collaborative engagement in discovery of current state and mapping of an ideal or future state, along with coaching and project support for implementation of new systems and processes.

Education

  • Math/Physics/Engineering degrees from Albright College and Penn State University
  • Certified at the highest level, CFPIM, by APICS for Production & Inventory Control

Interests

Tom enjoys spending time with his family; his wife, 3 sons, 1 grandson, and 1 grandchild on the way! He has a passion for music, performing part-time as a solo and a duo with the 12-strong guitar and as a vocalist. Tom’s other hobbies include being an avid reader, a one speed biker, a summer sports car driver, and a swimmer!
