TPG was engaged to assess the effectiveness of head office support functions and processes and to standardize them to support the next phase of growth while also finding resource efficiencies. The following actions were undertaken:

  • Enterprise Value Maps – processes were mapped and the current state was validated along with associated pain points within the Corporate Head Office HR functional area
  • Lean Six Sigma – utilized LSS methodologies to design a future state solution that streamlined operations, addressed pain points, and reduced hand-offs between functional areas
  • Strategic Development – developed an implementation roadmap that incorporated organization priority, resource availability, and change management impacts to the organization
  • Operational Deployment – supported the implementation of workflow design along with a third-party vendor to elicit business & system requirements
  • Training – Created and provided training to project and process owners (over 50 people)
  • Continuous Improvement – Facilitated on-site audit sessions for 44 clients for 12 processes and developed ongoing audit/continuous improvement framework
