Alessia is a detailed problem solver who effectively collaborates and communicates with others. With experience in private equity and financial services Alessia is able to leverage her engineering toolkit and apply it to a variety to business problems. She is motivated to help clients overcome challenges by applying her creative accumim to problems. Her collaborative and interpersonal skills allow her to seamlessly integrate with clients and team members. She is also highly detail oriented and organized which allows her to manage and work through complex problems.
Outside of the office, Alessia is always looking to experience something new especially trying new restaurants, traveling to new places or even just checking out a new coffee shop. Alessia loves being active (especially in the summer) and spending time with her friends and family.
