While engaging with client projects, Yussef provides team leadership in strategy creation, inventory management, change management, and customer experience optimization. He has worked with Private Equity companies, to identify and implement inventory planning improvements in their portfolio companies to lower costs and maximize efficiencies.
Yussef’s happy place is perched on the back of a motorcycle with an open road ahead, or saddled behind the lens of his trusted Canon. In 2016, he completed a 100 day solo ride around North America.
