She has a proven ability to develop and foster relationships to build trust, respect and gain buy-in throughout all levels of an organization through effective communication. Viviana’s leadership roles across diverse industries have provided her with the unique ability to provide holistic and effective solutions to organizational challenges. Viviana fosters a collaborative approach to problem-solving and team-building.
Viviana enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends. She is an animal lover and welcomes a dog (Luna) and a parrot (Monty) in her family. Viv’s happy place is her residence on the lake in Northern Ontario where she can unwind away from hectic city life.
