With over 20 years of experience in the fast-paced retail/ hospitality sector, Laurel is an accomplished and thoughtful leader in functional areas ranging from Finance to Merchandising as well as Operations and IT. A CPA/ CA by trade, she leverages her finance background with operational experience to help teams connect the dots and deliver results. She is an energetic and detail-oriented consultant with a passion for interpreting analytics to develop innovative ways to build on a company’s solid foundation.
Laurel is known as an authentic leader who guides teams through enterprise-level transformations and process improvement, using technology as an enabler to improve performance, customer experience and team engagement. She defines priorities and articulates innovative strategies that grow revenue and deliver sustainable value. She builds on a team’s strengths to develop and achieve next-level goals while aligning cross-functional relationships through organizational change from vision to results.
Laurel loves spending time with her family – playing board games, watching her sons’ baseball teams in the summer and travelling (anywhere!). Every day, she enjoys long walks with her dog, Luna and a good audiobook.
