The client business was becoming more complex; while at the same time must respond to the requirement/need to service growing demand with declining funding. The purpose of this project was to identify ways to reduce the lead time for the Progesa release process.
- Deployed key TPG Lean Sigma Master Black Belts / Black Belts within the organization attacking process and sustaining all results achieved
- Utilizing the Lean Six Sigma methodology, the team was able to identify, quantify, and eliminate non-valued added activity.
- Reduced main operation system lead time 30+%; fully identified current / future state, and improved measurement systems.
