Andrew J. Faas Advisory Board Member

Highly regarded as an organisational specialist, Andrew has a successful background in industrial relations, retail, operations, logistics, distribution, human resources and information services. He has held Vice President and Senior Vice President roles in a number of companies undergoing corporate transformations, including George Weston (one of Canada's largest food processing and distribution groups), Loblaw Companies (part of George Weston) and Shoppers Drug Mart (Canada's largest drug retailer).

William R. Fields Advisory Board Member

Based in Austin, Texas, Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Intersource Enterprises, a sourcing and product development company in China that represents retail and manufacturing clients in North America and Europe. He has a strong and successful record in the manufacturing and retailing sectors, having also been CEO of major US companies Factory 2 U Stores, APEC China Asset Management, Hudson's Bay Company, Blockbuster Entertainment Group and Wal-Mart Stores. Bill's career with Wal-Mart - a company with more than 2,000 stores and 700,000 employers - spanned 25 years.

John A. Rogers Advisory Board Member

John had a distinguished 32-year career with life sciences company MDS Inc - setting him on the path from Chief Financial Officer to the company's President and Chief Executive Officer in 1996. During his tenure as CEO, MDS Inc's annual revenue increased from CAD$660 million to CAD$1.8 billion and its market capitalisation from CAD$750 million to CAD$2.6 billion - a reflection of John's talent for identifying, enabling and realising opportunities for growth. His background as a Senior Staff Accountant for Ernst & Young formed the foundation for his strong career.
